Description

The minimum eaves height for Units 1 to 6 will be circa 8 m, Units 7 to 8 circa 7.8 m, and Units 9 to 10 circa 7.3 m.

All units will be built to a shell or core layout, enabling the occupier to carry-out their own internal fit-out to the warehouse/production and ancillary areas.
